We need:
2 smoked herring fillets
2 large potatoes (boiled with their skins on)
200 g cabbage (green)
2 tsp parsley, finely chopped
Juice of 1 lemon
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp mustard
5 tbsp olive oil
Salt

Take the cabbage, slice it thinly, and boil it for 3 minutes until it softens. Let it cool.

Peel the potatoes (after boiling them with their skins on) and cut them into cubes.

Then take the herring and cut it into pieces. Prepare a vinaigrette by placing the parsley, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mixing well.

Serve by combining the cabbage, potatoes, and herring on a plate and drizzle with the vinaigrette.
