We need:
1 fillet of salted cod
12 cups of flour
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
2 tbsp thyme
Pepper
Salt
Olive oil for frying

Desalt the cod for more than one day, changing the water frequently. We can taste it to make sure it has been properly desalted.

Cut the cod into small bites and dry them well.

Beat the egg well with the milk and pepper.

Mix the thyme into the flour.

Take the cod pieces, dip them into the egg and milk mixture, then into the flour with thyme, and fry until golden.
